This Code of Conduct reflects our commitment to creating safe, respectful, and enriching environments where every traveler, partner, and local community is valued.

• Consent: Clear and voluntary permission for something to happen or agreement to participate
• Condone: To accept or allow behavior that is considered inappropriate, harmful, or offensive

Our Standard
Discover Gidi does not condone harassment in any form. All guests, team members, and partners are expected to respect one another’s boundaries, identities, and experiences at all times.

What We Consider Harassment
Harassment includes, but is not limited to:

• Offensive comments related to gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, disability, mental health, physical appearance, body size, race, age, nationality, religion or belief, marital status, parental status, familial status, veteran status, or citizenship

• Unwelcome comments about a person’s lifestyle choices, including food, health, parenting, substance use, or employment

• Homophobic, biphobic, transphobic, racist, or misogynistic language or behavior

• Deliberate misgendering or refusal to respect someone’s identity

• Physical contact without consent or after a request to stop

• Threats, intimidation, or acts of violence

• Unwelcome sexual attention or advances

• Sharing or displaying sexual or explicit content without consent

• Revealing personal or private information about someone without their consent

• Harassing photography, recording, or monitoring of someone’s activity

• Pressuring or coercing someone into drinking or other activities against their will

• Encouraging or supporting any of the behaviors listed above

Enforcement and Accountability
We reserve the right to take action in response to any behavior that violates this Code of Conduct, including but not limited to:

• Sexual harassment, assault, or any action that infringes on a person’s bodily autonomy or consent

• Disregarding or violating clearly communicated boundaries such as requests to stop, disengage, or be left alone

• Retaliation against individuals who raise concerns or report misconduct

Failure to adhere to this Code of Conduct may result in removal from Discover Gidi experiences without refund and may impact eligibility for future participation.
